Stiftung Reinbeckhallen’s Health and Safety Regulations

In keeping with the federal state of Berlin’s current ordinances and regulations to stop the spread of the coronavirus, the Stiftung Reinbeckhallen has implemented hygiene measures that all visitors are asked to follow.

Our employees in the ticketing and exhibition areas are responsible for the implementation of the following hygiene measures.

Hygiene and Behavioral Guidelines in the Exhibition Rooms

To protect yourselves and those around you, the Stiftung Reinbeckhallen asks all visitors to:

• wear a mouth and nose covering
• maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from others
• wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after touching your nose and mouth
• pay attention to signs on site and to instructions from employees

Please know that by limiting access to the Reinbeckhallen, we are avoiding queues, both outside and inside the building, and reducing the chances for close contact. In line with this, we are also limiting the number of visitors in the exhibition hall to 80 and in the project room to 30.

Attendance Documentation

Again, in keeping with the federal state of Berlin’s current ordinances and regulations, the Stiftung Reinbeckhallen is obligated to collection the data – name, telephone number, and address or email address – of participants of events such as openings, talks and guided tours.

This information will only be used to trace possible routes of infection and forwarded to the competent health authorities upon request. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d GDPR (processing of personal data to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person). This includes the processing of personal data to monitor epidemics and their spread. The contact details will be safely stored for a period of four weeks and then deleted.

Ticket sales

To ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors, we highly recommend purchasing exhibition tickets online. Tickets can still be purchased onsite, but we encourage visitors to pay by card to limit person-to-person contact.

With the new access restrictions, there may still be waiting times, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Stiftung Reinbeckhallen’s exhibitions!
